toshiba bios recovery

my Toshiba L35 S2194 laptop bios crashed after i tried to update it in windows due to a unknown power outage now my laptop turns on but there is no bios display on the screen the laptop is dead please is there any one who can provide me with some help

Doesn't sound like it is a dual BIOS motherboard, so you are going to have to call a Toshiba service center and see if they can reload the BIOS on the motherboard. Many motherboard manufacturers can do this for a fee. I have a feeling though Toshiba may just want to sell you a motherboard.

the laptop uses phoenix bios so i thought it could be recovered based on what i was told that phoenix usually carry a boot block recovery mode
