Hi. I'm having an issue with my Toshiba 43U5863DB TV where if I play any shows on Netflix that have Dolby Vision all I am seeing is a black screen with fuzzy lines at the top. I can hear the audio but I'm getting no picture. I had this same issue a couple of years ago which was resolved with a TV software update, but it's back once more with a bang. It appears that Toshiba have also deleted their support forums which were full of people having the same issue as me last time. I've tested this both on the Netflix app on the TV and through the Fire Stick. On the fire stick I am receiving more of a picture, but it has an extreme pink hue to it. Is anyone else having a similar issue, or can anyone suggest anything I can either do to fix this or know if Toshiba are planning another software update? Thanks.
