Hi my Laptop toshiba L655d with 640Gb HDD and windows 7 is not boot up
after several going to safe mode its blank screen remain for 10 minutes seems that its busy with working in harddisk and then showing mouse click arow in blank dark screen only showing mouse white pointer
do you thinks I need windows 7 installation CD and drivers or its restore problem or Viruse

Call Toshiba and see if you are still in the warranty period. Otherwise, take it to a local laptop repair shop and have them diagnose it and give you a quote. Reinstalling Windows may or may not work, and all you'll do is wipe out anything you have on it, just to possibly find out that wasn't the problem. Could be something as simple as a driver problem.
