Toshiba L745 Countless Beeps until Windows log on screen.

Hello guys

So, my Gf's 2 years old Toshiba L745 recently started to make beeping noises when she starts the machine, it keeps beeping until it shows the windows log on screen. i didn't count the beep but there were a lot of beeps, more than 10 i think...along with the beep i noticed the hard disk light keeps blinking.
i already reinstalled the windows but no hope, it's still the same.

So is that the way the motherboard tell me that the hard disk is broken? is there any solution?

Strange as it may seem, a failed hard drive alone does not usually produce any abnormal beeps from the BIOS, all you get is a boot error message on the screen. I suspect it's faulty RAM or a faulty system board.
