Toshiba L850 laptop randonly shutting off after 20 mins

Hi guys, just wonderdring if anyone can help me with a problem

basicly my laptop shuts down after 20 mins, no warning signs or anything just shuts off, i start it back up no error logs or anything

my first thought was overheating, so i stripped it down, got the old duster out and gave it a good clean, took of the 'CPU cleaned it and reseated it with new thermal paste.

i have done lots of research but still cant sort it out, it shuts off when gaming, browsing or even idle.


i have tried it with the battery out and just the charger, and vice versa

i dont dont know what else to do??

Anyhelp would be much appreciated, as its my daughters laptop and its driving her crazy as she cant play her games without it restarting every 20 mins or sometimes alot sooner, she actually plays her games and has to save her progress every 3 mins just to be safe

please please please help

is there any windows logs i can get for someone to look at to see if they give an idea to why its shutting off?
