Toshiba laptop asking to be rebooted

Pressing the zero key to start the reboot doesn't work and I have no disk tray. What do I do?

The zero (0) key starts Factory Recovery but you must press it at the correct time and keep it pressed:

Turn off the laptop.
Press the zero key and keep it pressed.
Turn on laptop but keep the zero key pressed until Factory Recovery screen appears.
