Question Toshiba Laptop (c655-s5212) not turning on.

I've tried a soft and hard power cycle, the charger seems to be doing its job since the light's on, the screen has no visible damage, and the laptop doesn't react in any way to the power button being pressed, and I can't even hear any machinery inside the laptop being activated.
