Toshiba laptop NB15 completely blocked asking for password

Good morning:

I have an issue with a toshiba laptop model nb15-a1101kl. Somebody messed up with the bios and now when i power up the unit it shows me a screen asking for a password. I removed the battery and the memory hoping that the issue could be resolved but no luck. It keeps me asking for the password.

Anyone that could give me a hint how to solve this?. I don't see any jumpers that i could remove in order to clear the cmos. I also tried to enter bios pressing f2 but it does not let me in. The unit is completely blocked.

Sorry but we will not help bypass the bios password you will need to contact Toshiba for your options.
