Toshiba laptop power

My Toshiba laptop told me to do a windows 10 update so I gave it promission to do the update and I had the charger plugged in so it didn't die mid update and I went to do a few things around the house came back to it an hour later and it was turned off and now it won't turn back on? What can I do?

Hi Rob,

Do a power drain with your laptop that normally does the trick and your Windows 10 upgrade should still continue if it didn't once your laptop turns back on. Just follow these steps:

1. Remove the battery and AC adapter off the laptop.
2. Press and hold the power button of the laptop for 10 - 20 secs.
3. Put the battery and AC adapter back together then power it back on.
