Toshiba laptop wont start up

Hey I got Toshiba laptop, and it worked ok, but now when i start it up it just shows me blue screen that counts to 100 really fast and then i get asked if i want to start latop normally, or i want to startup repair, when I try to repair it, it cant find problem, and normal start doesnt works too

What does the blue screen say specifically? Can you get a picture of it and upload it here?

Have you tried safemode?
