screen 13.3 or 14" i5 500GB 4GB RAM,dvd writer
My question is Toshiba or Vaio

all of the laptops have their pros and cons but i choose vaio

I'd have to go with Vaio as well. You should research specs too and see which offers the most benefits for your needs (i.e., general computing, digital editing, gaming, etc.).
