toshiba sat c855d can't edit or change bios settings

toshiba satellite c855d-s5103 laptop enters into bios but i cannot change boot order setting or any setting for that matter.
all except the language settings are grayed not editable.
any help appreciated.

Maybe that's the way Toshiba wants it. Ask them.
