Toshiba Satelite C850 recovery

Hi Guys. My Toshiba Satelite HDD crashed as in the Laptop is not detecting the disk at all so recovery partition is not accessible. The recovery disk I made seems to have been damaged as it fails during bootup. Any idea of how I can recover my system?

Make a restore disk on another computer with same operating system. Use it on your laptop.

do not rely on recovery partition as it is filled with bloatwares, download an iso of the same operating system that came with the laptop and by default it will be updated with the oem key and only download drivers from toshiba website.

Thanks for the tip. Any idea where I can download an image from? I have been searching all over for a single language version ISO
