I need a recovery disc for a toshiba satellite a135

You'll have to order factory recovery discs online through Toshiba's website - - and bear in mind they are only available for certain models.

Europe: https/backupmedia.toshiba.eu/

USA: https/support.toshiba.com/repair (scroll down to "Get Recovery Media")

Alternatively, you might want to try Factory Recovery from the backup on the hard drive if it's still intact:

Turn laptop off.
Turn laptop back on & immediately press and hold the the '0' (zero) key.
Follow on-screen instructions.

If that works successfully, make your own set of recovery discs using the Toshiba utility in Windows.
(you should have done that as soon as you first got the laptop anyway, then you wouldn't be in this situation).
