Question Toshiba Satellite C55-B5362 no RTC battery inside but says RTC battery dead!

So, we have 15 Toshiba Satellite C55-B5362 laptops in use at our school. Such a strong model so far. Several laptops are now showing "RTC Batter low" at boot time.......a clear indication that the CMOS battery is dead/low. To our surprise, when the laptop was opened, there was a white painted slot where the CMOS battery usually goes but there was none. (Same as in this picture) That's the case with other laptops of the same model. I'm wondering, where could this CMOS battery be? I bet there must be one and that's why the laptop says its now low after 5 years of use? Please shed some light on this. Asante (Thank you)

Hi, according to this website, it does not have one. Removing the main battery prompts a motherboard reset. (SOLVED: location of cmos battery on a toshiba C55D-B5310 laptop - Toshiba Satellite C55D-B5310 - iFixit )
