Toshiba Satellite C55t-B5230 screen glitch?

Hi!
I have a relatively new Toshiba Satellite laptop(bought less than a year ago).
My laptop has had a weird glitch in it ever since I turned off the touch screen and turned it back on again.

Perhaps you can elaborate on the issue somewhat. The picture just looks like a full screen web browser. If there is more to the picture than that, I didn't notice.

If you're trying to disable touch screen then the following link might be easier to follow?
