Toshiba Satellite C640 unable to turn on wireless capability

I have Toshiba Laptop model no:satellite C640.I don't know how to enable blue tooth and wi fi.Please answer me.

Did you review the Users Guide? It's right there.

You should keep a copy of the users guide on your laptop. And also keep a copy in another location. (like a PC or on a CD)
