Hello everyone!
I need help on my laptop, satellite C75, it wont turn on.. Power button lights up for a sec when pressed with or without battery.. It also blinks three times when i press the power button for about 15secs.. My friend tested the board using a multimeter and confirmed there is power but it wont turn on.. What could be the problem? And what does the blinking lights mean?
