We have no workings whatsoever on this machine??? We added a paid Kaspersky anti-virus and deleted the McFee virus and the free AVG virus, and there is now nothing left on the machine to drive it? HELP?

Hi, what do you mean by "nothing left on the machine to drive it", are you talking about the anti-virus or the OS?

Sorry, a bit stressed!!

The operating system is now non existent. It was all working fine until I put the paid Kaspersky antivirus on. Thereafter I went into the programs and deleted the McFee and AVG virus'. (unless I accidentally deleted something else I was not aware of!). I went on the Toshiba website and put in the serial no., but the European Toshiba site does not support this no.

The OS should be alright, but it doesn't start, maybe a file was not delete and the OS is still searching for the rest of the program. Try booting in safe mode, after you push the power button, push F8 right after to go in safe mode.
