The disk drive on by Toshiba Satellite P770 (running windows 10 64-bit) won't show up in "my computer," and when I insert a disk it spins for about 10 seconds and then stops. Auto-run doesn't pop up, and it still won't appear on "my computer" with a disk in. I've gone into device manager and it says the driver installed and everything is working fine. I tried uninstalling the driver and then restarting my pc so it would re-install the driver and the drive still won't show up.I tried doing a system restore to a time when the drive still worked correctly and that failed to fix my problem. I fear that the drive may be dying, but I decided to come here to see if any of you have some ideas.
