Toshiba Satellite HELP!

So, I have this Toshiba Satellite Laptop, then all of a sudden, it's OS became corrupt.

So what I dead is, I reformatted all of the drives including the recovery (coz I am upgrading to Win 10), and changed the bios into CMS and changed the order of the boot into USB first.

Now, I whenever I finish the installation, when it says it needs some restart(i clicked the restart button), the whole installation will really restart! Like nothing happened! PLEASE! HELP ME!

When it restarts take the USB out, should be fine.

yea when it asks you to restart, hit the button and when you see the bios splash screen again take the usb out.
