Toshiba Satellite L645-S4102 is frozen can turn off and can't get oreparing to configure windows off the screen

Solution
Hi,

Just start by doing a hard reset first, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then see if it will boot up normally.
- If that will not work try to load the laptop into Safe Mode, while the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options. Select Safe Mode then press Enter and wait until it loads the desktop screen.
- If it will load into Safe Mode do a System Restore first, restore it back to an earlier date or time before the problem even happened.
- Lastly, if all these will not work you may need to perform a Factory Reset to completely resolve the issue.
