Hi,
I have a C55-B5100 (Part No. PSCMLU-0510E4)(Serial No. 1F214027P). I can't do anything with it because whenever I turn it on it asks me for a password, which I do not know of. Each failed attempt would ask me to verify to continue. Third incorrect attempt would automatically shut down the laptop. I am not sure what happened to it since it used to be my aunt's and she didn't give anything besides the laptop itself and the charger. I've also tried looking for answers online but they either don't work or apply to a different model.
Anything will help.
