toshiba satellite power light blinks 5 times with battery but when connect the charger it turn on but battery is good

My laptop wont be turned on with the battery, but it plugged in to charger it turned on and work properly even Unplugge the charger, but I try to turn on with battery, power led blinks 5 times and nothing happened

The led blinks indicate that your battery has no charge and isnt properly charging. First try removing and reinstalling the battery. If you have a spare AC chord, try using it. Somehow , your battery is not charging.
