if it under warranty, do play and send it in.
i had a toshiba (never again) sent in 3 times due to overheating issues (they would not replace unit but replaced motherboard on 3 try)
after 3 repair was worse because the replacement motherboard had bad power/ac connection and wouldn't power or charge battery...when called 4th time the reluctantly fixed but would not replace because at that point was out of warranty (by a week and was in repair for about 3 months in total for the 3 other times but that didn't make a difference to them)
applogies for the rant but if in warranty get them to fix it...if they can
