Toshiba Satellite w/starting problem P845t-s4310

Have taken the battery out for 30 second replacing it no luck it sometime takes 40 to 60 time before it starts Any ideas?

Sounds like a problem with your power button and/or mobo....I would suggest having it checked out at a repair facility.
