Hi I have recently purchased a new Toshiba smart tv for my daughter. It’s connected via wireless and not wired to an aerial. When watching itv hub more so but sometimes with Netflix the sound just drops out but the picture is fine. If you then come out of the app and go back in the problem is rectified but then sometimes happens again. Is this web based or app based or the tv. The tv is new so under a 5 year warranty.
