toshiba tablet charge port broken

The charger port on my stepson's Toshiba tablet is broken, he broke it trying to plug in the charger (obviously he was being way too rough with it). Where can I take it to get it fixed and about how much is it going to cost? We can't even get it to turn on (because the battery is dead) and we can't seem to find a model name or number on it, only a serial number. Please HELP!!

Post with all of the numbers that you have for it and I will ask a Toshiba technician here to tell me what model it is.
