Toshiba tv sound problem

My Toshiba smart tv has suddenly got echoing audio without a soundbar. How do I fix?

If it echoes with all your sources then go into the TV audio menu and turn off any sound effects it might have.
If it only happens on one source then check the menu for that source or app.
