Toshiba won't boot

my Laptop toshiba satellite c55d-A-14m
suddenly all usb ports stoped
after that i downloaded driver from offical website
then i restart laptop now laptop won't boot just show empty black screen and restart automatic
Logo does not appear
I charge the BIOS
Still the problem

Issue is likely with the motherboard, first clue is that your USB ports failed before it stopped booting.
