Sounds like your display may need replacing, but to be sure, try starting up the tablet in "Safe Mode" and see if it will load normally in there. If it will, then you have something on the device that is the problem. Bad app, virus, malware, etc., which will have to be removed. However, if it still has a green screen even in "Safe Mode", then you likely need the display replaced (as mentioned above). If the device, is under warranty, then contact the manufacturer. If it isn't, then try a local tech.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it...
