Reality is such that what I must do changes from moment to moment. So,I don't have one thing that I do and want a computer to do that one thing with.
I would like a touch screen similar to a wacom tablet and I gather like the surface pro.
I also would like a sane amount of RAM that will not be too little a year from now. I run virtual machines for work. So, something like 32GB RAM would be useful.
I, I mean a friend plays video games and I, I mean he will use the laptop a lot So video card with which I, I mean he, could play FFXIV with decently high complex rendering.
It should also not sterlize people who put it on their lap either from being extremely heavy or uncomfortably hot to the touch.
I was considering Dell XPS15 or Samsung ATIV NP880Z5E.
My budget is something in the $2000 range, I think. It depends.
Suggestions.
Do you know how I can find details about pressure resolution and multi-touch status of screens for given laptops?
