Touchscreen laptops under 600$ for gaming

I've been trying to find laptops under 700$ dollars for gaming- the device is elgato game capture card PS3 I need help with this

Are you sure you want a touchscreen for gaming as they don't mix. Only a few games are touch optimized like civ 5 is the only 1 I can think of. Also what kind of games do you play as $700 is quite low if you are expecting to play the current gen games at more than med settings.
