Question Trackpad not working

I usually use an external mouse, but when I unplugged it, my trackpad is not working. I have the windows settings set to have the touchpad on, but disabled when a mouse is connected. However, when the mouse is not connected, it's not working. I tried Function + F3, and see it pop up on the screen to disable, I then re-enable, and nothing works.
