I am guessing you mean you want to move files from the phone's "Internal" storage to the SD card? Well, the fastest way is to connect the phone via USB cord to a computer and move all the files over to an empty folder on the computer. Then move the files from the computer to the SD card via the same USB connection. Any other way will take longer.

NOTE: This will only work with files, not apps. If you are wanting to move apps, that is a whole other story.
