transfer kardashian game

I was playing the kardashian game on my Samsung tablet and am I'm in high B grade. I recently got the Samsung s6 edge and would like to transfer it over. I've tried logging in through Facebook. And attempted through Google + but failed as I don't know exactly what to do. Can someone give me a step by step way to transfer please.
It'd be very much appreciated

Since both your devices are Samsungs, there should be no problems moving any kind of data from the tablet to your phone, provided that your phone uses Android Lollipop (and the S6 edge does).

This is a link to a page providing a walk-through of the process - a lot of words, but also a YouTube video at the end, which will probably serve you well. In your case, it gets really interesting from the 5-minute mark and onwards (moving individual apps rather than the whole system).

Please note that you will have to back-up your tablet to Google, and that you need a Gmail account.
