Transfer photos to desktop computer

Can you tell me how to transfer photos from mi I pad to my desktop computer

Download iTunes on your computer.

Connect the apple iPad connector to your iPad and to the PC (I believe it's called FireWire or usb cable)

Open iTunes, locate your device and sync which files you want to your pc

Wait, you even don't know if a topic starter has an apple product. I recommend you to use cloud services, such as Dropbox or just Google Drive. You download them on your PC and after synchronisation, just moving files to a folder.
