transfer pix from a motorola razr v3 flip phone

I have pictures on a couple of motorola razr v3 flip phones and have been unable to get my imac (el capitan) to recognize them or vice versa. The pix were taken before my husband got sick. Before my little dog died. Irreplaceable. I tried a USB/Razr cable. Tried ensuring phone was discoverable before clicking Bluetooth icon. nothing. Is there even a service that could do it? Thank you

try it on a windows computer even a friend's to see if that computer sees the phone.
