Just as title said, I managed to get a Trojan on my computer.

The download was named install.command. Opened and installed it by accident. Once installed, my Norton Antivirus was not able to delete it, but identified it as a Trojan Horse.

I than went into Disk Utility and did first aid, I cannot find the Trojan in my root anymore, does that mean it's gone, or simply went into hiding? If it went into hiding, what are possible steps I can take to resolve this.

Thanks in advance!
Note: Not sure if this is the right thread, if not just bear with me. I desperately need help.
