Trond AC2 USB Audio adapter troubles

So I just purchased a USB adapter, the Trond AC2 model, I also have a Turtle Beach X12. The computer has only one jack for audio output. I purchased the AC2 and it recognizes the playback device but doesn't get the audio from the turtle beaches. Any help?

Get the audio FROM the x12's?
I assume you mean from the mic so make sure the Trond is set as the default recording device too

I get audio in the x12's from the Trond that's getting it from the PC, the Trond is labeled as, "USB Audio Device," yet nothing that I say into my X12's is received by the Trond. The Trond is set as default recording, but it won't pick up my voice.
