Good day to all,

I am completely new to this thread, but I am in serious need of help!!!

I recently had a accident with my mobile device, the screen got damaged and I have no plan to replace the screen.

As the title of this thread mentions, I am having trouble to log in to my yahoo account, which has 2-factor authentication enabled.
I have no way of access my yahoo email whatsoever.

When I try to login, I get no promt to log in with the password anymore, but straight to the mobile number and then a code will be sent to that given mobile number.

Problem, that number does not exist anymore. I have no way of deactivating the 2-factor-Authentication as I have no access to the mobile number provided for the code to be sent to.

What can I do?

How do I get in to my account to be able to log in with the password and to deactivate the 2-factor-Authentication?

Kind regards,

Kevin Lang
