Laptop above having issue:
1. Boots up normally the first time
2. After sleep or shutdown, restart causes the fan to run at full speed but no other components are booting up
3. To fix, I have to manually hold the power button to shut down and restart
Seems to work intermittently. I removed power adapter and replugged and it didn't turn on properly. Otherwise, it turned on 3 times without problem if i didn't unplug
I have done:
1. Opened the laptop and checked to ensure no loose connections inside
