truely stand alone watch phone

What i am seeking is a standalone watch, one that doesn't EVER have to be paired to a phone for those who don't own a phone nor want to own a phone. Can you please help with suggestions? i have hearing aids that blue tooth the sound and i have a device that hangs from my neck from resound that i can talk with so the watch phone only has to be able to talk and text. i do not need apps for the web since i never go on the web with my phone.
