trusted printer reviews?

here we get bad reviews:

but this site has 4.5 from over 1000 reviews:
http/www.walmart.com/ip/Epson-Stylus-NX330-Small-In-One-Printer-Copier-Scanner/17402364

either Amazon sells defective donkey dung, or sellers on it sell used broken items, or something else is going on here.
I got mine from Best Buy, so we'll see.

Neither Amazon nor Walmart can be considered "trustworthy" review sources. They're consumers who may or may not know how to use the products, or bought it for a purpose that the product simply doesn't fulfill. Want trustworthy reviews? Get em from established tech reviewers.

User reviews are good to look at, just remember that there are a lot of variables involved that affect it. User reviews are subjective, not objective.
