Graphics Card AMD Radeon R4 Integrated Graphics

Is this good for gaming?
WillI I encounter lag or anything?
An example of a game I wanna play is DOTA 2, it doesn't need that much but i want all the graphics settings to be high. Will these specs do?

Doubt if you'd be happy with it, slow CPU, 8GB of DRAM but will lose about half to OS and iGPU
