Trying to decide which Laptop to buy and need help!

Aug 18, 2018
I'm looking to buy one of these 2 Laptops. I need the Laptop for working on graphic design so the screen is very important to me. I'm not planning on playing games on it but a decent enough GPU would be great. I don't know which one I should choose. They seem very similar but I don't want to buy the wrong one. Thanks for your help.

HP Spectre x360 15-bl190nz:

    ■RAM: 16 GB DDR4
    ■SSD: 1000 GB
    ■Graphic: nVidia GeForce MX150, 2 GB
    ■Ports: USB 3.1 Typ-A, USB 3.1 Typ-C, Thunderbolt 3, HDMI Type A
    ■Battery: 6 cells (Li-Ioni), 79.2 Wh
ASUS ZenBook Flip 15 UX561UD-E2019T:

  • ■Display: 15.6" UHD
■CPU: Intel Core i7-8550U Quad Core, 8 MB Cache
    ■RAM: 16 GB DDR4
    ■SSD: 512 GB / HDD: 2000 GB
    ■Graphic: nVidia GeForce GTX 1050, 2 GB
    ■Ports: USB 3.0 Typ A (2x), Thunderbolt 3, HDMI Type A
    ■Battery: 3 cells (Li-Ioni), 52 Wh

Screen would be similar between those, the main thing is the ASUS has a faster video card, the HP has a larger solid state drive. HP would have longer battery life due to weaker video card and larger capacity battery. If I was picking a system not for gaming, I'd go with the HP.
