trying to get local TV channels without rca connection

My dynex HD TV rca coaxial has broke off of my TV I want to watch local TV stations my dvd player is a Samsung hd dvd player dynex is a flat screen has two hdmi ports av connection the composite how do I connect to watch tv without cable
