The HDMI cable connecting the computer to your TV for display and sound can't be used to get sound from the TV into the computer (no ARCfunction).
Your TV may have audio outputs. A headphone or analog line level out could be connected to the audio input on the PC. The most common audio output on TVs is digital audio (can be coax RCA or more likely optical).
