Trying to uninstall itunes keep getting acces violation

Hello,
can anyone help me uninstall itunes I keep getting a access violation at address 00533A28 in module PU exe read of address fffffff

Try to uninstall it in Safe Mode. Although itunes seems to be a pain to uninstall when it fails to.
