Tune up Utilities turning off anti malware

If you're using a free ware version of that particular utility and it's disabling your anti-malware I suggest you uninstall it.
If you paid(even the free one) there should be a setting to disable/enable your anti-malware in settings.
In my experience Tune-Up Utilities is a PITA.
There's much better out there like Glary and IObit.
